Ben Feiertag
Ben Feiertag, founder of FEIER, is a seasoned leader and executive coach with over 20 years of experience in political communications, executive coaching and retreat work.
Ben Feiertag
The path of Ben as an executive coach and retreat leader is rooted in a family lineage of psychoanalysis and human development. His journey, marked by a shift from a successful leadership and financial career to a calling in executive coaching, embodies the pursuit of a deeper understanding of human potential. Trained in law, Ben’s career in politics and finance led him to roles like spokesperson for two Dutch finance ministers and the Governor of the Dutch Central Bank. Ben has finetuned his own leadership in the role as the Chief of Communication of the Dutch Central Bank leading the department through a fundamental transition. Drawn by a calling to help leaders unlock their potential, he now leads FEIER with a unique approach that combines systemic executive coaching with science-based retreat programs. Ben is a certified executive coach and advanced group coach from INSEAD. He has completed prestigious leadership programs at Harvard Business School and the European Central Bank. Ben collaborates with organizations such as YPO, Ernst & Young, and ABN Amro, delivering high-impact coaching and leadership development programs. Ben is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

With her academic background in a Master's in psychology, Jet has a thorough understanding of the work of FEIER. She will always walk the extra mile to support the smooth operation of a FEIER program.

Katty has been a professional singer/songwriter for over 25 years and is an internationally trained sound therapist and voice coach. Katty works globally and is a trained and professional ceremony guide by the Synthesis Institute. She loves to sing from the heart to connect with people, using mantras, medicine songs, and her own compositions.
